We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who will focus on selling interior + exterior signage and vehicle graphics in Northeast Wisconsin and beyond. What You'll Do

• Generate leads and develop new accounts, build relationships with existing and prospective customers, and network extensively to grow the business.
• Meet directly with customers to establish needs, consult on projects, and drive overall sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate directly with the internal team of designers, estimators, and project managers to ensure a smooth completion of projects.
• Review estimates for accuracy in product and labor. Construct and submit professionally written proposals with attention to detail.
• Serve as an Elevate97 brand ambassador by providing facility tours and while attending trade shows, seminars and industry events.

 What You Need

• A people personality with experience in B2B sales in the sign or construction industries.
• The drive to service and upsell existing partnerships.
• To be a self-starter and goal-driven professional.
• Strong negotiation skills with the tenacity to manage contractual arrangements.
• A passion for presenting effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
• The ability to travel.
